Winding AREA

In this area there are the following machines:

All these machineries are suitable for a production per shift more than 400 transformers/monthly.

The LV copper foil machine is installed and is suitable to produce windings for high rating transformers (more than 200kVA). The technology of copper foil together with the diamond paper allow to the windings to be naturally strong against the electromechanical force and guarantee the cooling and the insulation between the turns of the windings.

CORES AREA

In this area there are the following machines:

-nr 1 UNICORE MACHINE. That machine is suitable to cut and assembling core automatically

-nr 1 SLITTER suitable to cut magnetic steel up to 1000mm

-nr 2 LAE step lap cutting machine

-nr 3 assembling desk for unicore and winding

-nr 3 assembling desk for 45° cores

Unicore machine is the last implementation on the technology in the transformer field and we are one of the first company in the world that have implemented it on its distribution transformers. It have several features and the meaning are:

-the shape form of the core is done without any cutting of magnetic steel in order to avoid any air gap and to reduce the stress in the magnetic steel.

-The step lap is formed with 8 steps (in traditional machine it is maximum 5 step) at distances more than 1cm. It improve more the performace of magnetic steel as per losses and as per noise.

-The core is automatically assembled so the quality of it is guarantee from the encode control of the engine instead of the experience of the workers

-The connection to the windings are easy and without lost of any magnetic steel that guarantee conformity in the construction. (that feature is also guarantee by the use of the plastic support)

-High performance in productions

-Small different size of width in storage area and capability to change design without make heavy control on the machine

CARPENTRY AREA

In this area there are the following machines:

All these machines are already installed in our factory in an area of approximately 1000sqm. They will allow us to produce more than 800 tanks/monthly more than actual schedule program in order to supply carpentry for our sister company TRAFELEC.

Checking control of leakages are done with a newest system that use fluorescent liquid at very low density together with air pressure system in order to have 100% tanks without leaks. In the year 2008 is schedule also to buy an automatic ribs machine in order to be able to produce ribs according to our need.

PAINTING AREA

In this area there are the following machines:

-nr 1 sand blasting machine TOSCA TS 1000

-nr 1 flow coating plant complete with pump for paint circulation dimension 2mt x 3mt

-nr 1 gun coating plant WAGNER COLORA suitable to paint cover and final painting

-nr 1 automatic paint system in polder IDROCALOR included oven;

All metallic part we be sandblasted and painted to prevent rust. The camera of the sandblasting machine is suitable to make clean tank size till 3250kVA.

The painting actually is done with alchemyd paint with two different colour in order to guarantee that all surfaces will be covered and to be able to resist more than 5000 hrs at nebbia salina test

In the next month will be installed the automatic paint system in polder IDROCALOR in order to stay in touch with the latest technology in this fields.

TESTING ROOM

In this area there are the following machines:

-3 phase variator rating 100kva rang of regulation 0 up to 400V

-3 phase step up transformers 50 kva 0,4/0,9 kV

-Mono phase transformer rating 100 kVA and voltages 100kV/100V

-Mono phase insulation transformer rating 50 kVA 200-400V/ 400-800V

The testing room is suitable to make all the routine test need in the transformers till 36kv inculation class. The test that can be done are the following:

-Ratio test

-applied voltage withstand test on primary and on secondary side

-induced overvoltage withstand test

-winding resistance measurements on primary and on secondary side

-no load losses and no load current measurements

-load losses measurements and impedance measure

DEHYDRATING AND FILLING AREA

In this area there are the following machines:

-nr 1 oven to dehydrating active part of internal dimension 2mt x 4mt with height 2mt complete with thermostat to control the temperature inside and air forced

-nr 1 oven to dehydrating active part of internal dimension 2,5mt x 5,5mt with height 3mt complete with thermostat to control the temperature inside and air forced

-nr 1 oven open able on two side dimension 2,75mt x 7,0mt with height 2,5mt complete with thermostat to control the temperature inside and air forced

-nr 1 automatic paint system in polder IDROCALOR included oven;

PS with this oven we MAKITEL will be able to dehydrating more than 500 transformers per month

-nr 1 degassing and dehydrating oil plant BRIZIO BASI DOV 2001 suitable to dehydrate 1000lt per hour in one circle

-nr 1 under vacuum oil tank suitable to contain 8ton of oil already treated

-nr 1 under vacuum oil tank suitable to contain 8ton of oil to be treated

-nr 1 oil tank suitable to contain 30ton of oils to be treated

-nr 1 plant (pipes,pumps and valves) suitable to fill under vacuum

-nr 1 vacuum room capacity 2,5mt x 4,5mt height 3mt

The three oven show the bigger capability to dehydrate the active parts of our factory but it is also more important to remark our system to fill under vacuum.

The vacuum camera can contain more than 20 transformers than can be filled under vacuum all together thought a system of pipe and electrical valve in each of them.

Another big remarks it is according at our system of storage and dehydrating oil.

One big tank can contain more than 30 tons of raw oil and the two other each of 8ton can contain oil already dehydrate and under vacuum in order that several combination can be done:

-from on tank is it possible to fill transformers under vacuum and from the other one is it possible to dehydrate raw oil thought BRIZIO BASI

ASSEMBLING AREA

In this area there are the following machines:

-nr 2 assembling line 15mt each

-nr 1 assembling line 30 mt suitable for transformers with rating more than 500kVA

-nr 1 ratiometer to check the

-set complete of tools for assembler

the no 3 assembling line will be make us able to produce more than 40/transformes per days with different rating in order to follow all the needed of our customer.
