50-Position Mobile Regulation Systems: Engineered for flexible oil-pumping deployments, these advanced mobile units feature an extensive regulation span on the low-voltage (LV) side offering 50 unique regulation positions (utilizing a 25-position tap changer combined with a Delta-Wye / Star-Delta switchable connection

This allows precise voltage adjustments (ranging from 750 V up to 2,598 V) to match the dynamic operational requirements of submersible and surface industrial pumps.

Nitrogen Gas Cushioning: To fully safeguard the dielectric fluid against aging in harsh operating conditions, these hermetically sealed oil-immersed transformers are cushioned with pressurized Nitrogen (N₂) gas. The inert nitrogen layer eliminates oxygen exposure, prevents oil oxidation and sludge formation, and controls moisture ingress to maximize insulation lifespan.

Rigorous All-Welded Construction: Built to withstand the brutal mechanical stresses of continuous industrial cycling and frequent relocations, the enclosures feature a completely welded heavy-duty steel tank. This eliminates bolted gasket joints that are prone to structural leaking, ensuring total tank integrity under severe pressure shifts.

Specialized High-Quality Paint Treatment: The exterior surfaces undergo a rigorous multi-stage, anti-corrosive chemical and paint treatment.
